Professional advice and services to museums
Frankly, the next few years are going to be tough for museums. Funding streams are tight and the current national economic situation will make even basic core funding harder to come by. But there is an increased expectation that museums will still deliver a high quality product.
I can work with you to develop excellent cost effective ways of working. With a particular specialism in collections I can help you improve what you can do best whilst supporting you through those difficult decisions on what you need to stop doing.
My experience is built upon many years working at a senior level on a variety of advisory bodies and working groups.
